  Vendor Registration now open! Thank you for your support and we look forward to seeing everyone in Austin this year.  If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.  I can be reached at one of the following:             ashleigh.berg@dentoncounty.gov             vendorcommittee@tdiai.org Thank you again for your support & see you in Austin!  Vendor Committee Chairperson Vendor Dates Check-in and Set-up: Wednesday, June 7th, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM Vendor Night:  Wednesday, June 7th, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Vendor Day: Thursday, June 8th, 8 AM-Noon, 1:30 PM -3:30 PM Vendor Breakdown:  Thursday, June 8th, 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM Vendor Fees             The vendor fees for the 2023 Conference are $700.00 per booth.  Each vendor will be allotted 1 table.  Each booth will come with two chairs and the table will be 6’ long.  Due to local fire codes, only the Holiday Inn may run electrical lines. As such, the Holiday Inn charges $8 for electricity with power strip PER DAY. If you need these items, please make the request at the time of registration and add the fees to your registration total. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Shipping Shipments to the hotel may be made no more than one week in advance. There is no storage charge for the packages, nor size restrictions.
