2020 TDIAI Educational Conference - VENDOR REGISTRATION

Registration

• Sponsorship - Bronze Level – $300.00
  Sponsorship includes your name/company logo on an acknowledgment sheet in each conference attendees ‘welcome packet’.
• Sponsorship - Gold Level – $1,000.00
  Sponsorship includes your name/company logo on an acknowledgment sheet in each conference attendees ‘welcome packet’, on each screen between presenters for the full three days, logo placed on TDIAI website (1 year), and logo on TDIAI social media outlets.
• Sponsorship - Silver Level – $500.00
  Sponsorship includes your name/company logo on an acknowledgment sheet in each conference attendees ‘welcome packet’ and on each screen between presenters for the full three days.
• Sponsorship & Vendor Registration - President's Luncheon – $3,500.00
  Sponsorship includes advertisement of your company at the reception, personalized napkins with your company logo, and your logo on the TDIAI website.

• Sponsorship & Vendor Registration - Vendor Night Reception - Food & Beverage Stations – $3,500.00
  Sponsorship includes personalized napkins, signage at the Food & Beverage Stations, and booth location next to the Food or Beverage Station.

• Sponsorship & Vendor Registration - Vendor Night Reception - Special Event/Booth – $1,000.00
  Sponsorship includes a special event during Vendor Night (please contact Casie Fisher at tdiaihost@gmail.com for details) as well as your logo on our website. In the past, this has been a photo booth, balloon art, etc. The event can be tailored to your company’s desires.

• Vendor Registration – $500.00
  The vendor fees for the 2020 Conference have been reduced to $350.00 per booth before March 1, 2020, and $500.00 after that date. Each vendor will be allotted 2 tables for a total space of 10-12 feet.
  Each booth will come with two chairs. Electrical outlets will be provided on request. The request must be made at the time of registration. We will also be creating a VENDOR LOUNGE area within the vendor space for more casual face-to-face time.
