Discounted Registration Information
The 2020 TDIAI Educational Conference will be at the Pitser Garrsion Convention Center, 601 North Second Street, Lufkin, TX 75901. The phone number for the Convention Center is 936-633-0279.
The Conference hotel will be the Courtyard Marriott, 2130 S First Street, Lufkin, TX 75901. Be sure to mention that you are going to be at the TDIAI conference. The association has a block of rooms at a discounted rate.
Check-in and Set-up: Wed., June 17th, Noon to 4:00 PM
Vendor Night-Disco Theme: Wed., June 17th, 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM
Vendor Day: Thurs., June 18th, 8 AM-Noon, 1:30 PM -3:30 PM
(Two 1 hour Vendor Breaks will be built into this day)
Vendor Breakdown: Thurs., June 18th, 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM
The vendor fees for the 2020 Conference have been reduced to $350.00 per booth before March 1, 2020 and $500.00 after that date. Each vendor will be allotted 2 tables for a total space of 10-12 feet.
Each booth will come with two chairs. Electrical outlets will be provided on request. The request must be made at the time of registration. We will also be creating a VENDOR LOUNGE area within the vendor space for more casual face-to-face time.
All shipments are limited to 40” wide x 70” tall in size and a maximum weight of 200 pounds. These limits are set by the Conference Center. The Center will not unload anything off the truck so you must let the driver know they are responsible for unloading. The Center also DOES NOT have a loading dock area. Shipments can be received up to 48 hours in advance. Anything over that time will be charged $75 per day at the vendor's expense for storage.
