    Bronze Level: $300

    Sponsorship includes your name/company logo on an acknowledgement sheet in each conference attendees Welcome Packet.

  • Student registration is available to persons who are full or part-time students at an accredited college with a major in law enforcement and/or forensic science related field. In addition, the attendee must include documentation such as a letter from a university and/or professor, or a copy of transcript or registration receipt from the educational institute acknowledging student status at the time of registration.

    If the registrant is an Active Member of the TDIAI or is actively engaged in the science of forensic identification, crime scene investigation, evidence examination, and preservation the registrant is not eligible for Student Registration.
  • The vendor fees for the 2019 Conference are $700.00 per booth. Due to limited space for vendors we will be limited to 25 vendors. Each vendor will be allotted 1 table. An additional table may be purchased at $400.
    Each booth will come with two chairs and the table will be 6’ long. Electrical outlets will be provided on request. The request must be made at the time of registration.
    All shipments have to be limited to 40” wide x 70” tall in size and a maximum weight of 200 pounds. These limits are set by the hotel. The hotel will not unload anything off the truck so you must let the driver know they are responsible for unloading. The hotel also DOES NOT have a loading dock area. Shipments can be received up to 48 hours in advance. Anything over that time will be charged $75 per day at the vendor's expense for storage.

    Sponsorship includes special event during Vendor night (please contact Casie Parish-Fisher at tdiaihost@gmail.com for details) as well as your logo on our website. In the past this has been a photo booth, balloon art, etc. The event can be tailored to your company's desires. Sponsorship includes a 50% discount on your Table Vendor Fee ($350 table fee + $1000 sponsorship).
