Date and information for TDIAI Mid-Winter Board of Director's Meeting  (Revised)

Due to severe weather concerns and the fact that snow and ice will be an issue for quite a few of our Officers and Board of Directors, the TDIAI Mid-Year Meeting has been moved and will no longer be held January 11th, 2025. The updated information is listed below:

The TDIAI Mid-Year Board of Directors' meeting will be held on Saturday, February 1st, 2025 from 8AM - 12PM at the South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center located at 2500 South Shore Blvd. League City, TX 77573. The phone number for the hotel is 1-888-613-8450. Information regarding booking a room can be found here: Mid-Winter Hotel Reservations. Rooms are still available but the reservation must be made by 01/23/25.

January 11th reservations:

If you booked a hotel room through the TDIAI room block or link for January 11, your room will be moved to Friday night, January 31st automatically. You will not need to call and make any changes, unless you cannot attend on the new date, you will need to call and cancel. Your confirmation number will be the same. This ONLY applies if you made your reservation through the appropriate link that was sent out. If you made your own reservation, it is your responsibility to call and have your room changed to the new date or to cancel.

The meeting will be available via Zoom that can be accessed through the TDIAI Members area, if needed. If you are a Board member and plan on attending via Zoom, please let me know ahead of time. 

If you have any items to be placed on the agenda, please submit those items to me as soon as possible, so that I can finalize the agenda. If you have not submitted your committee report, please submit it by January 10th at 5PM so I can prepare for the upcoming meeting.

If you are a committee chair, you are expected to submit a written report prior to the meeting. You are also expected to attend the meeting in person or via Zoom to present your committee report and address any questions that may arise. If you are unable to attend the meeting, a committee representative may attend to present your committee report in your absence.

If you are a Board of Directors member, Officer, or Committee Chair, then you are expected to be at the meeting. If you are a Committee Chair and you cannot attend, you may send a representative in your place.
