The vendor fees for the 2022 Conference are $700.00 per booth. Due to limited space for vendors we will be limited to 20 vendors. Each vendor will be allotted 1 table. Each booth will come with two chairs and the table will be 6’ long. Due to local fire codes, only the Westin may run electrical lines. As such, the Westin charges $40 for electricity with extension cord PER DAY. If you need these items, please make the request at the time of registration and add the fees to your registration total.
Shipments to the hotel may be made no more than 3 days in advance. Storage is $7 per day, per package. Packages weighing over 50lbs. will be charged at $7 per 50lbs.

Please mark these items “FOR ATTENDEE WELCOME PACKETS.” These items may be sent to the following address, for inclusion in welcome packets, NO LATER THAN MAY 25th!!

For payments via check, please include the name(s) of the member(s) and invoice number(s) the payment is for on the check or included documentation.
For a refund all cancellations must occur no less than 45 days before the start of the event.

NOTE: The TDIAI Foundation is currently pursuing an application for 501(c)(3) status. We cannot guarantee a timeline, but we are hoping to have this done ahead of conference time! Look for more information to come on this exciting step for our organization!
